This page explains how to use the LSC portal, including accounts, events, email preferences, reminders, and admin tools. All event times are shown in AEDT.

Emails & Preferences
- Newsletter opt-in/out: controlled by the toggle on your Profile. You can change it anytime.
- System emails (welcome, registration confirmations, cancellations, reminders) are transactional and may still be sent, as they relate to your account or event activity.
- Delivery: in development, some email clients may render simplified styles; in production the full design is applied.
Troubleshooting
Didn’t get the email? Check spam/junk folders and make sure no-reply@lswombat.org
is allowed.
Can’t log in? Try the “Forgot password” flow at /forget-password.
Event not visible? Ensure you’re filtering by status correctly (Past / Ongoing / Upcoming) and that the event is in the correct time range (AEDT).
Register/Cancel issues? Refresh the page and try again. If the issue persists, contact an admin.
